5 points to choose your right plastic pallet

First, determine the size of the plastic pallet
There are many sizes of plastic pallets. The standard size in China is 1200×1000mm and 1100×1100mm. The most recommended size is 1200×1000mm.  If there is no special requirement, it is recommended to purchase the standard size.

Second, determine the style of the plastic pallet
First determine whether the surface of the pallet is grid or flat, and then determine the light plastic pallet, 9-foot plastic pallet, 3-runner plastic pallet, 6-runner plastic pallet, double-face plastic pallet, etc.

Third, determine the load of plastic pallets
dynamic load, static load, shelf load

Fourth, determine the use of plastic pallets
Mainly determine whether the pallet is used for ground turnover (whether a hydraulic vehicle is required), or placed on the shelf (ordinary beam shelf or through shelf shelf with auxiliary beams or laminates), or stacking (carton stacking or Woven bag stacking).
If both stacking and hydraulic vehicles are required, it is recommended to choose 6-runner plastic pallets.
If you only stack, it is recommended to use double-face plastic pallets, etc.
If you want to put on the shelf without stacking,
it is recommended to use 3-runner plastic pallets.
If you want to put on shelves and stack,
it is recommended to use double-face plastic pallets with steel pipes.

Fifth, the choice of plastic pallet material
There are mainly two kinds of new materials and recycled materials. It is recommended to choose black recycled materials for export or shipment for one-time use, and it is recommended to choose new materials for long-term turnover.
