Plastic Crate Features
1. The plastic crate product is made of low-pressure high-density polyethylene (HDPE) (PP) by one-time injection molding, with good gloss, good hand feeling and long service life.
2. The product structure design is reasonable and the load-bearing strength is high. The load of the turnover box with a volume of 1L is within 1-100KG, and it can freely fall from a height of 1.5 meters without serious deformation or cracking.
3. Combustible items should not be near the fire source (the maximum operating temperature is 100°C, the high temperature resistance can reach 120°C, the ignition temperature is 340°C, the spontaneous combustion temperature is 349°C, and the minimum operating temperature is -25°C).
4. The bottom of the plastic crate adopts various anti-slip designs such as square ribs, which can run smoothly on the assembly line.
5. When the plastic crate (logistics box) is used to store items, the temperature should be kept at about 40°C, and the best effect can be achieved when using it horizontally. If it is placed on an inclined ground, it will cause dumping;
6. Crates and baskets can be stacked and placed in layers. The number of layers should be determined according to the weight of each plastic crate. It should not be too high, otherwise the plastic crate (logistics box) at the bottom will be deformed, thus affecting the service life of the plastic crate (logistics box).
7.
